§3. Liability and warranty exclusion
The parties agree to exclude the Seller's liability under the warranty for physical and legal defects of the devices referred to in Articles 556-576 of the Civil Code. The Buyer declares that, as an entrepreneur, they purchase the devices as part of their business activity, being fully aware of the consequences of the warranty exclusion.
